Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Every Good Thing. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

• You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
  

To request a return:
Email us at support@everygoodthing.sg with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
