Shipping policy

• Shipping Coverage Orders are fulfilled and shipped within Singapore only. International shipping is not available at this time.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped out within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

• Exceptions: If there are delays (e.g. we're away on holiday), a notice will be displayed on our online store's announcement banner, at checkout, and/or via email.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.

• Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email (where applicable).
